We are entering a season of prayer for unity, wisdom, and provision as we move forward with God's plan for our future building. We are asking our church family to fast alongside their prayers. This 21 day prayer emphasis will begin on October 1st. Our Ministry Center will be open every morning from 6:30-7:30 for those who want to pray on the very property that has us on our knees. TYPES OF FAST
Complete Fast
In this type of fast, you drink only liquids, typically water with light juices as an option. Drink only liquids (you establish the number of days).
The Daniel Fast
Refrain from consuming animal products, sugar, alcohol, caffeine, and refined or processed foods. Eat vegetables, whole grains, fruits, unleavened bread, and oils.
Social Media Fast
Refrain from using social media during the 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting.
Partial Fast
This fast is sometimes called the “Jewish Fast” and involves abstaining from eating any type of food in the morning and afternoon. This can either correlate to specific times of the day, such as 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, or from sunup to sundown.
